What is your shipping policy?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-3 business days.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Galapagos Tagua is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

At Galapagos Tagua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know you are going to love our handmade products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund (excluding s&h), returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees of the new items. 

Please send us an email to galapagostagua@gmail.com. We will proceed with the refund, once we have received the merchandise back, unused and in the same packaging as received, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you work on custom orders?

Yes! We love working in custom orders, just let us know what do you have in mind and we will do our best to make it happen.

Please keep in mind that the turn around time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks.
