Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed with overnight shipping are prioritized and usually ship within 1 business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Free First Class Shipping is offered on orders over $35
- Orders under $35 and all expedited options are calculated by weight
- Carriers used: USPS and UPS
- Expedited options include USPS Priority Mail and Overnight Shipping
International Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination
- Carriers used: USPS and UPS
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost. Please note that delivery delays may occur and are outside our control once the package has been shipped.
Packaging and Gift Options
All jewelry is shipped in organza bags that are ready for gifting. If you would like your order to include a gift box and personalized packaging, you may select the “Add gift box” option at checkout. A $5 fee applies for this service.
