The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-2 business days.

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Galapagos Tagua is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

At Galapagos Tagua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know you are going to love our handmade products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund (excluding s&h).

To Obtain a Refund

Please click here and use the word REFUND in the subject line. We will proceed with the refund, once we have received the merchandise back, unused and in the same packaging as received.

If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
